A highly motivated and qualified mentor in Corporate Leadership and consulting I have spent 30 years honing my skills as a Royal Air Force Officer, Fighter Pilot and Instructor. Although there does not at first appear to be a great correlation between a Fighter Pilot and the boardroom, the skills required to achieve success in both professions are very similar.

It is no accident that all the leaders of the Royal Air Force, since it began in April 1918, have come from the Fighter Pilot community. Intelligence, tenacity and an ability to assess a situation and make an informed decision is vital. Having spent a significant time training the fighter pilots of today I am an expert in communication and training people to an exceptionally high standard

With outstanding personal integrity and an acute ability to get to the nub of a problem I am the man of choice for improving your leadership skills both as an individual and also as a team.

I have a wealth of experience in ensuring people reach their aspirations. As an officer I was responsible for the careers of up to 100 personnel at any one time; ensuring that they have the correct advice and that they achieve their goals. I am able to recognise ability and to encourage others to work through times of stress and difficulty to reach their full potential.

As a Fighter Pilot, time management skills are essential. I have instilled this into my students over the years and I am able to pass this on to any company. I believe this is vital for all companies, no matter what their product in order to achieve their targets in a timely manner and therefore increase productivity.

I have made numerous visits to other countries as an advisor helping to develop leadership and training courses to suit their own demands. These countries include Oman, South Africa and Bangladesh in addition to various others. These visits have developed my diplomatic skills, whilst still saying what was required.
